WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS
Chemical-physical batch treatment

2 CHEMICAL-PHYSICAL SYSTEMS: these methods involve adding chemicals (flocculants) to produce the precipitation of the pollutants, which can then be removed much easier as compared to the method described above.

Novagum is able to satisfy most purification and treatment requirements related to waste water produced during vibrofinishing processes by providing customized systems.

WATER PURIFICATION PLANTS

The purification process is discontinuous (in batches) and consists in treating the waste water by means of a flocculation and decanting process. The water that needs to be treated is mixed with the de-emulsifier/adsorbent product that causes the formation of floccules, which absorb most of the impurities contained in the water dragging them down towards the bottom of the decanter.
The waste and slugs are then discharged into a basket filter where the final filtration occurs. The purification process produces slugs that can be easily shoveled away and disposed of.
