AUTOMATIC TRANSFER MACHINES
 
These complete and automatic work centers can be used to cast and centrifuge alloys with a low melting point in rubber molds.

TRSE COMPACTA
 
TRSE COMPACTA®
Automatic work center to cast and centrifuge alloys with a low melting point in rubber molds.
TRSE COMPACTA® is the natural evolution of TRSE AUTOMAT® and, because of its characteristics, can be regarded something in between TRSE AUTOMAT® and TRSE BARCODE®.
 
TRSE COMPACTA® has the same technical and mechanical characteristics and optional accessories of TRSE AUTOMAT®, but features a completely different electronics.
This system is in fact fitted with an operating terminal that includes:
• A monitor with a user-friendly alphanumerical keypad on the synoptical panel
• A PLC with several expansion boards that replace pyrometers, timers, clocks, etc...


TRSE BAR CODE
 
TRSE BARCODE®
This automatic work center, with BARCODE system, is ideal to cast and centrifuge alloys with a low melting point in rubber molds.
Thanks to this innovative technology, this system is able to automatically and immediately
identify all types of molds and consequently set the working parameters required for the production cycle. Every mold is identified by means of a label with a progressive numerical code and a corresponding bar code. The scanner reads the code and transmits it to a PLC that independently manages the database with the production cycle data. This approach significantly increases the output, while guaranteeing maximum precision and minimizing errors.

 
 
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
 
Rise and metal loader (patented) with three-level control system:
• Maximum level: determines the maximum loading level (consequently stopping the loader)
• Minimum level: starts the loader
• Emergency level: warns the operator that new ingots have to be loaded
This system  offers the following advantages:
• Maintains a constant level of metal in the crucible
• Maintains a consistent temperature throughout the cycle
• Ensures a constant alloy quality (mixture
of risers/ingots)
• Maximizes energy and time savings
• Guarantees a higher machining quality
