SILICON RUBBERS FOR SPIN CASTING Novagum Srl offers a wide range of silicon rubbers to meet all possible spin casting requirements. The range comprises several types of silicon rubbers suitable for most varying applications. The descriptive table attached provides information on the main types of silicon rubbers that can be used to spin cast metal alloys with a low melting point (Zn+Al+Mg, tin and eutectic alloys). COMPLEMENTARY MATERIALS Novagum Srl also offers a wide range of accessory products like "talcum" and liquid release agents. Talcum is used to facilitate the release of moulds after rubber has been vulcanized, but can also be employed to improve the circulation of liquid metal inside the mould during casting. The liquid release agent can be used for moulds in resin, plastic, wood, metal and other materials in order to protect rubber from potential contamination during vulcanization.
